  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will gladly assist you in filing a claim when possible.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
